ELKU is a family-owned business based in Vlotho-Exter that has been manufacturing plastic components for household appliances in large production runs for over 35 years. Acting as the link between customers and production, you will ensure that inquiries turn into viable orders: You will advise our customers, prepare quotes, and oversee the financial management of our customer and mechanical engineering projects.

Your Tasks

• You will be responsible for providing active customer support and consultation
• You prepare cost estimates and quotes
• You will independently manage the controlling functions for external (sales) and internal (mechanical engineering) projects
• You will assist the team in preparing planning and monitoring documents
• As needed, you will handle administrative tasks related to purchasing and human resources
• You will conduct analyses and evaluations of the productivity of our production facilities using our production data acquisition (PDC) program and report regularly to management.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree program leading to a Bachelor of Business Administration (m/f/d) or have completed a business vocational training program with additional qualifications
• You are proficient in using the MS Office suite (especially MS Excel)
• You work very conscientiously and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have a good command of English and can actively participate in Microsoft Teams meetings during client discussions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
