Our production facility has a capacity of 35 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 50 to 275 metric tons.
On these machines, we manufacture components weighing between 5 and 700 grams with a maximum projected area of approximately 800 cm².
20 machines are equipped with additional injection units for 2K-TPE components, and 27 machines are also equipped with servo-driven take-out robots.
Servo-driven gantry robots and processing systems automatically handle the entire process, from granules to the finished, stacked, and banded product in its packaging carton.
For further processing, we use metal-working punches, as well as riveting machines and ultrasonic welding systems that permanently join metal components in a matter of milliseconds.
Using our own brush-forming machine, we also attach bristles to vacuum cleaner nozzles, thereby covering specialized manufacturing steps as well.
