ELKU is a family-owned business based in Vlotho-Exter that has been manufacturing plastic components for household appliances in large production runs for over 35 years. Working at the injection molding machines, you ensure that every part meets the requirements: You set up, adjust, and commission new molds, monitor process parameters, and identify molding defects before they become a problem.
Your Tasks
- Setup, configuration, programming, and commissioning of injection molding machines and handling equipment
- Identifying and Correcting Spraying Errors and Process Malfunctions
- Compliance with and verification of process parameters during ongoing production
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a process mechanic
- Work experience in the plastics industry, ideally in high-volume production
- Knowledge of operating and setting up injection molding machines
- Operating the Control Systems (Engel, FM, BOY, Wittmann, Sepro)
- A strong commitment to quality combined with the ability to independently analyze errors
- A proactive, structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work
